      Rod sounds like me when I was 17 and had a weight bench & ab-flex, thought I was fuking Jean Claude Van Damme or something.

      Most people exagerate at some point in life.

      I remember telling chicks I benched 360lbs and all these fuking lies to impress them.

                Plz find me a picture of Ray Ray at 6% of less. The pics I've seen of him are usually around 8-10% while hes playing during the season. It's very unhealthy to be that low bf when you are playing a grinding sport like NBA.

                                            Try it, or if you're not over-weight, have your wife/girlfriend try it, or someone around you try it. Or you being already healthy, try it. Just fukin try it.

                                            Wake up - Eat. Metabolism gets rollin' right away. Because it's rollin' early in the AM, your body will act normally. If you do not eat early breakfast, your body will enter a small stage of starvation mode, and will elect to store things as fat. Now, don't eat 'til you're full, just eat until you are not hungry any more. Then, ~2 hours later you will be hungry again, eat until you are not hungry, again. Then repeat until you go to bed. Now, make sure to mix the meals up with protein, vegetables (unlimited), some fruit, and drink a lot of water during and in between meals. Add exercise 3-5 days a week for 45+ minutes per day and you will be a different person.

                                            It's so easy to be healthy. It is actually easier and cheaper than your pizza and **'ds, unless you count SBR point store, that's just too fukin easy.

                                                          I've tried eating many meals a day and quit because I generally ended up eating more, so that didn't work in my case. I just Googled and found an article citing a study discrediting the notion that eating more meals in smaller quantities increases metabolism: http://www.fitnessscrolls.com/eat-6-...n-weight-loss/

                                                          I would almost always look for citation of studies or other scientific evidence on fitness or nutrition claims, as a lot of bullshit claims come about such as this many-meals-means-higher-metabolism thing that I just found out myself during this write-up.

                                                          Other positive reasons for eating smaller meals were given, however, including that there won't be a drowsy effect that frequently happens when one eats too much over a short period, which I can attest to as someone who normally eats twice a day, the latter meal usually being appreciably bigger than the first.
