if you are really as broke as you claim, you can pump the adderall to pay your bills. people love them. got a friend that sells his vicodin and adderall script every month to fiends. pockets about $1500 a month since his insurance picks up the bill. some of the other shit you are on is just a doc trying to push scripts and likely not necessary. lunesta is awful. better off with over the counter sleep pills than that crap.
