I hate when people dont understand

For the people who doesnt know,

I work at a local Casino located in Panama.

Some guy came the other day and placed a straight bet, all was ok.

The game started and he was winning all good.

Then he came and said, hey I want to put this pending bet on a rolling if bet with that other game that is about to start.

Respectfully he was told that we do not offer that type of wager, and he went ballistic, like: why? what? What is happening? Why do you treat me like this.

I went and Told him, sir, we do not offer this type of wager here. Is not on our betting menu. If you want to bet on that other game, just do another straight.

Or you can do and if bet before all the games start, not when they already started.

He continued to rant and rant and then leaved.

Why do people do not understand that we do not offer something?

Is like going to Mcdonalds and asking for hot dogs or going to Pizza Hut and decide you want some dumplings.
