The police and military they do have are as likely to be out raping as anyone unfortunately, the place is a total **** up, they've been at war for years. I believe in terms of casualties it's been the bloodiest since WW2 but you hardly ever hear about it on the news, have to assume they don't have any oil so no one gives a shit.
