Anyone else notice people using the words "I mean" a lot?

I hear it a lot when sports people are being interviewed.

Yeah, I hate that one too. It's a little different.

I heard Jason Kidd being interviewed about how they were going to try to do something.

He was saying something like "we are going to try to cut through the Laker defense. I mean, we will use a lot of movement."
