Problem with youtube (small x on volume)

their is a small x on my volume, ive tried different songs but none of them work.

My computers volume is working fine as well......

That's the mute button pal. Click the x and it should unmute.

yea i clicked it but it wouldnt unclick. i even tried restarting my browser and youtube, still stuck with the x
