    ATTN: SBR's FITTEST POSTERS
    Ok boys, April 20. Beach season is nearing. Ive got about 20 pounds of beer that I need to shed before beach season if I want to have sex at some point this summer.

    I know there has to be some fit, in shape posters here. Give me your tips, your meal plans. Got to make this happen, want this summer to be the Summer of Sex.

      Deuce cime on pal. Ok drink spirits no beer. Sleep with hookers good cardio. Eat seafood and 30 min walk a day also do some weights/push ups and sit ups, gl pal summer with no sex doesnt sound good

              Well if are serious about losing weight and diet you can still have your beer. One of my best friends is a bodybuilder, he has one day a week set aside for a cheat day where he can have whatever he wants. Works for him.

                I'd send a PM to TTwarrior if I were you.

                get some ephedrine online, take caffeine with it. you'll be jittery and super amped, but you won't have any appetite and you'll burn like 25% more calories just sitting on your ass. plus it will motivate you to do more active things. try to do some interval training at least 3-4 days a week. ie. sprint the straights of your local 1/4 mile track, and walk the bends. do this for 20-30 mins

                the days you don't do HIT, lift and or so 30-60 mins of cardio.

                don't eat simple carbs. IE sugars/breads/pastas/fruits past 5pm. make breakfast your biggest meal.

                try to eat 5-7 small meals a day instead of big ones

                        Better diet, more water and exercise. If you don't mind dieing prematurely do the caffeine/ephedrine thing.

                            Good Luck Griz!! Simple carbs are your worst enemy! Try and cut all sugars. Sad to say, including most fruits. Berries are the best as they are the lowest on the glycemic index. Eat lots of green and colorful veggies. Increase protien in your breakfasts and do some cardio. Be smart about eating out, no fried food. Cook at home. Fall in love with Chicken and fish and shoot for about 1300 to 1500 caleries a day. Depending on your workouts, you should cut about 2.5 to 5 lbs per week.

                                  Run a mile a day to allow yourself to get tone. Purchase an AB CONTOUR if you have a gut and are too lazy to do crunches. It will do the work around your gut area for you.

                                  Do 20-25 push ups a day on top[ of that after spening 45 minutes with the AB CONTOUR strapped to your belly.

                                  Lift weights to get shoulders, arms and chest muscular.

                                  Eating - Salads and carbohydrates like pasta and fish are good for you. Snack on cottage cheese and salt -free crackers in between meals. Red meat only twice a week. White meat, tuna and pasta with salad are the way to go every other meal. (Oh and f*ck beer and soda....stick with water or vitamin water as your only sources of liquid for the next 2-3 weeks).

                                      as long as you exercise, you can eat whatever you want. The biggest mistake people make when it comes to Cardio is the treadmill and jogging. It does absolutely nothing for you. Wind sprints or any type of strength/resistance cardio like climbing stairs is 1000000000X more effective. Strength training is also great for losing weight because when your body repairs muscles, it's burning calories. More muscle = more calories you burn = more weight loss

                                                          Lift, get bigger, especially lifting legs. This will burn calories throughout the day even when you aren't exercising. You don't need to eat an entirely clean diet, but if you can then more power to you. I'm 24 and only do cardio twice a week and lift 4 times a week. And eat often but don't binge.

                                                              find a workout activity that you enjoy. i box and play hoops 4 or 5 days a week and it keeps me in shape. i tried being a gym guy and lifting, but it was boring so i stopped. boxing wears you out and keeps you in great shape.
