4 works perfectly fine. Not sluggish either, actually seems a bit faster to me then 3.

Play with the the bars and tabs. You can get it to look like 3.

Seems like by this thread that 4.0 isn't the way to go for novice users.

I'm on firefox 4 and I noticed it has trouble going to some webpages. Like I click a link and it takes me to a yahoo page not found page. I'm gonna try chrome tomorrow.

I'll agree that Chrome is a better browser for the most part but it lacks proper adblock extensions and does not have a no script add-on like Firefox, thus I don't make the switch.

i having trouble connecting to certain pages with firefox at my school... chrome on the other hand is having no problems at all

It is more likely a filter at your school's system. Maybe it's not fully configured for chrome, that's why you reach sites

I have been used Firefox for more than 4 years, like other said, it's not the fastest browser on Earth, but I do love it
