            Yes, I have a pretty nice body. I struggle with my nutrition at times though, sometimes ill just go nuts on any dessert I can find.

                    I like to do 10 squats before I take a crap. I feel like it really loosens everything up. And you should see my quads....been doing this for 20 years.

                        3x a week in the gym for me...use to be a runner but now have to stick to machines a few times a week due to some hardware in my leg.

                        On a CrossFit kick right now.
