I don't smoke cigarettes. Imo tobacco is one of the most useless drugs. It's expensive, addictive, doesn't cure sickness, doesn't get you high, smells bad, and is extraordinarily unhealthy.

Even though I smoke. I agree with you Ian, but a stupid mistake by starting to have a cigarette while u drink just started this habit.

Smoked from 16 years old till I was 23 - then stopped until I was 25 - started again for three years .. then stopped @ 28 and have not had one for more than 10 years now ...

If someone could tell me that I would not die from a smoking related disease .. i'd start again tomorrow.

Congrats!

I'm on day 3 now, going cold turkey. It gets easier each day. Went to a bar last night with friends to watch StrikeForce, and didn't crave a cig at all.

Thankfully, the ToT was pretty empty last night and nobody there was smoking, so I didn't really crave one. Those new beers they have are pretty damn good.

I still smoke cigarettes, though I tried to quit several times. Cant still find the right way to do so? If anyone can give some advice..
