Dont think the guy is real popular like weezy or anyone big, but i cannot figure out what it is , anyone have any ideas? i have no clue what any of the lyrics are as of right now. probably a shot in the dark, but maybe someone on here knows

i dont know if it goes hard, because frankly i have no clue what that means it reference to rap songs. I think it is rather new because ive never heard it before and ive heard it twice in the past two days, it has a similar beat from a 80s or 90s song however i cannot remember what it was, but id say more 80s from a pop song.
