This topic was brought up in a thread but i wanted to ask a specific question
I used annual credit report to view my credit report about 4 months ago. i had never done this before and wasnt smart enough to print the copies or dispute anything that was on there. Nothing was negative but on my report it still showed a car loan that had been paid off in September 2009. Now that im looking to buy a new car i want to make sure thats off my credit report so when i apply for a loan its not showing that i still have a 5 figure outstanding loan on my credit report.
How can i view my credit report since Ive already view it in the past 12 months? or is there a way i can just call each bureau and inquire about if that loan is still on my report and if it is just fax them documentation of the $0 balance statement i have?
thanks
