Did you guys even take a look on Ebay? For an older game... the resale value is almost as the original price. WTF is going on here?

Some sort of licensing agreement with ONLY PS3 caused this. You aren't allowed to download a copy anywhere and brand new boxes were very limited. Wii, XBox, and other consoles not effected.

I was pricing this out just for kicks... (I already have Rock Band 2) and... I was in total shock.

Truly Bizarre.
