1 13x9 casserole pan/dish 4 Fish Filets of your choice 1 pound hambuger meat 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 8 oz Sour Cream 2 tsp garlic salt 1 cup milk 1 bag tater tots or skillet potatoes 1 bag shredded cheese(any flavor) 1 package fish fry mix
Directions
1. Gather Materials 2. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees 3. Cook Filets(Pan Sear, Bake, Broil, Grill, doesn't matter) 4. Brown Hamburger Meat 5. Spread Hamburger Meat around in casserole pan/dish 6. Sprinkle garlic salt over Hamburger Meat 7. Mix Cream of Mushroom, Milk and Sour Cream together in a bowl 8. Pour mixture over the hamburger meat evenly 9. Lay fish filets over the hamburger meat/mixture 10. Cover the fish and hamburger meat with the potatoes 11. Bake for 22 minutes 12. Sprinkle bag of cheese over the potatoes 13. Bake for 8 more minutes 14. Serve 15. Clean up mess
