If at all possible, consider taking the trouble to set up hardware necessary to "mainline" the drug on it's own dedicated monitor...and relegating that irritating scoreboard to the periphery.
Until the Pharmaceutical Industry releases updates to its "Game of Thrones" or "The Walking Dead" brands ...the above link is will be my diversionary drug of choice.
