Nasher, I've been on a bit of a Supertramp bender lately...didn't realize how many bangers that they have!!

    Loving the deep dive

Funny, I just listened to Breakfast in America again on Sunday.
Supertramp was a great band, I love all the keyboard hooks.

Now, for something completely different, Bob Fosse was the GOAT.

Ben Vereen is a Hall of Famer, but the most impressive thing about the movie is Schneider if NOT a trained musician, he's a trained serious actor.

"All That Jazz" is one of the greatest musicals of all time (IMO), I still get goosebumps at 7:00 here.

So many great guitar solo's. Hard to pick just 5... 2 from Cream alone, 'spoonful' and 'crossroads'

I still say that The Police in their prime were better than U2 in theirs.

Yeah, I credit Walt for his player research. Very good.

    1) His co-host is leaving. He's looking for a new co-host. You should throw your hat in the ring!

    2) One theme they're presenting = AFC level being > NFC.
...I'm in agreement with this. See how it manifests itself in the early inter-Conf games.
...CHI vs TEN might be a good test case. May be close to even talent, but CHI has much better playoff prospects in the NFC.

    3) I don't like some of their extreme Win projections.
...It's so easy to fall in love with a team like HOU. Walt + the co-host love HOU.
...Not me. I know a Sell-hi team when I see it. And they didn't reference the impact of playing a 1st-place schedule.
...This is no joke. JAX plays a decidedly easier schedule (than HOU), just by NOT winning the Division.

You have any early opinions? I put up some plays in my NFL Week One thread. If I had to list my Tail/Fade teams, it might be:

    Tail: Cle/Balt/Buff.
    Fade: Hou/KC/Jet.

This is probably one of my favorite songs of all time. I cannot sit still when I hear it no matter where I am lol. I am that crazy woman bopping along in my car when this is playing.

I am embarrassed to say I have never listened to the Killers - always meant to. Really like this one!

So your thought is to fade the podcasters. I'm sure that's on select games. Which ones? We will have to see.

    I love Combat Rock.

From the old Capitol Theatre in my original stomping grounds.

Combat Rock and SKA are two vastly underrated genres.

My standard procedure is to FADE when the masses line up on one side. I now believe that there are too many Youtube podcasters. They want to sound smart (like Millman), so they play Dogs.

The Dog #s have eroded. There's not much line value left on the Dogs.

I've commented in the threads. I think the NFL lines are sharp as a tack this year.

Specifically, there's one trend that has seeped into the lines. So many Podcasts, and all these guy want to sound smart. So, they side with Dogs (as if that's going to trick people).

The Dog lines have eroded. Try to find a Week One dog that looks generously priced. Hard to find.

I can speak more about the Doors. They definitely have some gems that you have to dig to find:

*Peace Frog is one of them.
    *L'America is a good one.
    *Lost Little Girl is great.

    I could go on.

Nash, Jim and the Doors did some very creative work. In my mind, the Doors have to rate as the most influential band in US history. One of the best.

They put out five albums. Only problem is that Jim didn't last too long. Wish they could have done more.
