A lot of this problem is the owners (corporations and super rich) trying to save a penny. They don't want to pay for quality skilled workers. They get the politicians they want elected to cut safety regulations and block out unions with highly skilled and trained
workers. This is what happens when you take short cuts and cut safety regulations and go on TV and tell the world how much time and money you saved companies. That's great for a while but eventually it catches up to you. It's pay me now or pay me later. Hope savings those pennies was worth it.
