ok the problem is they can fire you for almost any reason except racist or dicrimination
so i posted it up to mangers make workers happy keep em happy help out when drive thru is packed and dine in
have them come talk with you when unhappy any time correct problems like when i was made manger way back in early 70's my crew was coulnd wait to get back to work but i didnt like the job all that much all the responsibilities and only $7.50 an hour so i quit went back there to get food and none of my crew was there i asked what happend to them name by name mgr said they all quit 2 months after i left
