Wasn't he speeding in a car and trying to evade arrest then beat down when caught? Endangering other lives. Then resisted during arrest? Kinda the same story as George Floyd but he lived.

Some shit-skin shiny just drove down my street earlier tonite and almost ran over my daughter on a high speed chase. Police were right behind him. Had to be going 80-90 through neighborhood. Then, few blocks away he got out of his car and started to run but they got the bitch. They had everything blocked off ahead of him. I still don't know what the chase was about. Tried to watch local news but nothing.
