The video is now up. This is nuts. First, he has no security around him, making a speech on a street corner.

Second, the killer shoots the gun and it's a loud boom, and misses. The PM then turns around and 3 seconds later, the second blast hits him.

He should have been pushed to the ground by someone after the initial boom, although hard to believe he himself didn't hit the ground. But it didn't sound like gunfire.

If the people around him were security and no aides, they are in big trouble. Any security people are trained to react to any type of sound that could be gunfire or a bomb. The PM should never have died in this incident. They had 3 seconds to push him to the ground.

I think Japan executed the gas attack cult leader. Hope they off this guy pretty quick.
