Here we go again. Raided the wrong home looking for a murder suspect. Guy here wasn't the right home/not even a suspect. Shot to death. He pulled his gun. He was sound asleep on his couch and they gunned him down. Any of us that are armed and were asleep would've pulled the gun just waking up.
When does this bullshit ever end? Maybe its time for NO MORE no-knock warrants? How the penetrate do you get the wrong house or not confirm the mother fukker is there before pulling a no-knock warrant? Don't they stake out places before pulling this shit to confirm identities?
