          She needs to be re assigned...hes her boss and he's married..wife shoukd divorce him and get 50 percent of his pension. That's why I don't like these kinds parties

              Nypd officers are on a 24 month probation, most officers other depts are 1 year. In the 80s a probation officer was given a free ice cream cone by the store owner and was fired for doing so..yes thats a fact

                              As a matter of fact, yes, he should say no. As her supervisor, consent falls on him. I had to personally deal with a similar situation at a major university. The end result was that she was not transferred, he was allowed to retire (fired).
