Those are February futures I believe...
They're paying a premium for crude at refineries till then. Might get a minor break from the Biden reserve release (which kinda contradicts his whole policy of no fossil fuels & less greenhouse gas) but ya, it'll be months till we see an impact if this holds...
Opec could cut production themselves and drive it back up too because, of course, we're no longer independent w regards to crude & what we refineComment
