Well, taxes have always been a protection racket, in fact pig culture taxes and governments are the biggest protection racket ever which are what wars for control of countries really all boil down to - which gang gets to collect taxes and control production.

Every civil was is about this, every government wants in on this, governments are the biggest gang and the biggest gang decides how much they will take from the rest.

The very fact that the police decide whether or not they will even begin to investigate anything is proof of this corrupt pig culture system - whenever they pull you over for speeding they alone have the power to discriminate and decide whether to let you go with a searching or not. When someone complains of rape or anything else is the same thing, they have the power to discriminate and not investigate if they don't feel like it.

Pay them more, they'll try more - protection racket. They don't like you, they don't try - same pig culture that had spread to all countries worldwide.
