It's pig culture. That guy wanting to police everyone else just wants to control others and using government regulations as his excuse to bully that girl into doing what he says. Anyone worried about virus can choose to stay away from others.

Just like people should not force others not to wear masks(like the Chinese government passed laws not allowing Hongers to wear masks while protesting, then had to reverse law into forcing everyone to wear masks after virus started), people should be forced to wear masks either. The problem begins always with governments wanting to force compliance.

Regarding the hospitals choosing only to treat young vaccinated people, their excuse is there not enough room in hospital so they save beds only for young vaccinated people - because the unvaccinated and the old have less chance to survive, the playing odds and saving those with higher chance to live, saving ventilators and beds only for whoever they figure will recover sooner. This is called the triage system used in war to let some die to not waste resources (beds and ventilators).

In China people just slept on hospital floors because no beds, hospitals here should just let people in to wait on floor at least.
