I always slam 2 24 ounce waters right after my final drink.... and right before bed.... best remedy ever. If you wake up to take a piss... slam another 18-24 ounces of water. You're good as new 8 hours later.

Every few drinks, pound a glass of water. Before bed pound 2 or 3 glasses of water. 95% of the time I have no hangover and actually feel pretty good. Mainly because I will admit I probably don't drink as much water as I should, but I think between drinking if you chug some water and then before bed it really does help. Cus alcohol dehydrates you, that is part of why you get hungover I think. But I'm not an expert, this just works for me tho.

Actually all benzos are doing is prolonging the central nervous systems down state which can be potentially dangerous. Alcohol addiction and benzo addiction are some of the most dangerous things to cold turkey from for this very reason and have many of the same withdrawal symptoms.

I am not just trying to help people understand physiologically of what is happening. Of course if you get drunk once a month and use a benzo to ease the hangover it is not a problem but benzos do the exact same thing to your CNS as drinking does. People have to get over the thinking if it is prescribed by a doctor it is safe.

My most simple hangover "cure" is Maruchan instant lunch ramen. I like Chicken flavor but take your pick. Sometimes I'll feel so sick it's the only thing I can eat. But it's salty, flavorful, has electrolytes (because sodium is an electrolyte)

Whenever somebody says "Ah, just eat a bunch of eggs and sausage and bacon and pancakes and this and that" I'm like, okay, I don't think you even understand what an extreme hangover feels like. If you can already eat all that stuff, you're not that hungover

I have found a few times after drinking too much in the pool that when I do this I always seems to feel ok the next day.

I joked that it absorbed into the brain while I was sleeping and hydrated my brain

Chug water before I go to sleep. Some CBD or delta 8 next day relax me and helps the appetite. Then I eat something salty, slam more waters , have a pedialite and take a nap and hour later I’m good.

I drank quite a lot of tequila and margaritas last night. I had some fresh salsa we made with home grown tomatoes , jalapenos, banana peppers, onion, garlic, lime juice with my quesadilla. Ate a lot of salsa. Zero hangover. I actually felt really good and energized this morning. That salsa is the real deal.
