Just funny and ironic, Tyler Perry wins the humanitarian award and gives an ‘impassioned’ speech about giving a homeless woman a pair of shoes - meanwhile all the ‘filthy homeless’ in Union Station were kicked out so the Oscars could look good on T.V.
