so true.... gotti had a contract out on him, the chin did as well.... he told a story just recently about how after the castellano hit, some heavy hitters in the other families planned to kill him when he showed up with a drop of their cut in some jointly held interest, but he had so many feds on him that day he had to send someone else with the money, no big deal for him, but, as it turns out, a big disappointment for the guys who planned to clip him......

One thing about Sammy's hour long shows, he really knows how to tell the story in a way that puts you there, builds suspense, etc.... very professionally done, and what I think gives him an edge over franzese, tho both are good listens.....

The best part of Franzese's interview with Joe Pistone was Pistone was tearing up talking about Sonny Black. You can see he genuinely felt bad that what he did cost Sonny his life.
