    is it that the alcohol that calms you down? like if you replaced the drink with flavored gum or ginger ale could that work? i know easier said than done of course.

    have you had your liver values checked and monitored? maybe for your body a couple of drinks is not too bad.

      The calming effects are EXACTLY the reason, but loss of control takes over with those 2 drinks. Yes If not an alcoholic, would be allowed up to 2 drinks daily. Thanks for the information.
