True. Need to get government and courts out of the bedrooms of citizens - no reason why the government should interfere in any of the personal lives of anyone no matter what. The government should only provide physical protection, not decide who gets what when people break up - governments do this because they want to normalize their interference in people's personal affairs, when it was never accepted as normal before.
