The Law when it comes to stopping looters from entering your business?

Most companies they will fire you if you stop a shoplifter let alone a looter. Standard policy is to let them steal and let the police deal with it.

Don't know the law, but I would think one's morally obligated to shoot them.

If you own the store in most states you can defend your business. Pretty easy to determine if it’s a red state shoot away a blue state your on shaky ground

I am surprised we have not heard of a small business owner waiting inside with a shotgun. I know in Florida if someone breaks into your home you have the legal right to shoot them. Not sure on a business tho

I’m in Florida we have favorable self defense laws compared to most states We just can’t shoot them in the back

Probably not, especially if you lay in wait.. I'm all for shooting the first people to enter your store illegally to loot.. Just blast em...

These looters are organized saw it live on the news now. They pull up in a car and two big black dudes get out and run right to the Store window, one has a huge sledge hammer and the other holds a gun in hand fending off any citizens that try to stop them.. It's totally organized.. Then you see a flood of young black kids that get in and get out fast with the goods..

It doesn't even look like the big 2 brothers even enter the store that initiate the break in.. I think it's all connected and organized.. You have feet traffic looters and the muscle to break in.. I'm sure most share in the profits once they all get back to the hood..
