Manolo, you're not far off. Some basic facts:

1) Lady Di had affairs. At least one, if not more. Like any Married situation, it fell off. But you don't want a bad look with the royals.

2) One guy she surely had an affair with was this guy, a British polo player:

I really never read the Harry quotes. But he seems to be enjoying life. Guy likes his trim.

Read that he was having fallout w/ his brother. Hope they reconcile. Even if just to get together for some serious cola-parties.

Haha. I got the impression that all parties knew...and that it was par for the course.

Diana was a looker. She could easily get men.

Could imagine that she tired of Charles quickly. Charles was knocking around, too. I believe this has been confirmed.

That's a great question, Shot. I honestly had never heard the hunting down theory.

My thought was always that the affair part of it just taken for granted. Diana/Charles drifted apart...for variety of reasons.

I really don't think Diana was being stalked (more than normal). Thought the pursuing car was part of the paparazzi. The limo driver was HAMMERED...so I think that's the cause.

I have to go back in my history on this. The one sidebar that may be relevant here:
*Diana was always pictured as being EXTREMELY FOND of Harry.

Now, that's pretty normal. She was just being a good mom. Remember how CUTE Harry looked as a youth?

William looked like Ichabid Crane. Harry looked like he had some Ginger in him...and he DID (allegedly).
