This is not a quick meal, but it is too damn easy. Pot roast in a crock pot. Get it set up in the morning, set the timer/temp on the lowest setting for 8.5 hours and when you get home from work, one of the best meals you can have in the fall/winter.

        It's foolproof too.

Just buy yourself a pot roast, onions, red potatoes, baby carrots, and two packets of pot roast seasoning. Get some olive oil and lube up your crock pot. Place pot roast in, quarter your veggies minus the baby carrots, mix packets into 2 cups of warm water, and pour over veggies/roast. That's it.

As good as the pot roast is, the real highlight for me is the rich, savory broth. I have been adding more water and beef bones with marrow and the final product is outstanding. I could eat this every night, morning, and for lunch.

I used to work with a former chef (in fact, I'll be working with him again next month). He sold me his book.

His recipe for BBQ sauce is just about the same that you post here except without the Jalapeno peppers. I substitute some of the brown sugar with apple juice. I also use Frank's Red Hot Sauce to spice it up a bit. If I'm in a different mood I'll substitute honey instead of the apple juice.

I ADORE Reuben sandwiches...it's my all time favorite...this recipe is so wonderful because of the crescent roll dough, it's makes it so delicious because of the light flaky crust!
First unroll 1 tube of (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough into one long rectangle, sealing seams and perforations.

Press onto the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Use a fork to pierce dough. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes until a golden brown.

Layer with half the cheese and all of corned beef.

Combine 1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut and 2/3 cup of Thousand Island salad dressing

Spread the mixture over the corned beef

                  Top with remaining cheese

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the other tube of crescent dough into a 13x9 inch rectangle.
Seal seams and perforations. Place over the cheese and seal the edges together.

Brush the top with lighty beaten egg white. Sprinkle with about 3 teaspoons caraway seeds.

Bake 12-16 minutes or until heated through and the crust is golden brown.

Let is stand about 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with a side salad. It's so delicious!
I hope you enjoy this as much as my family did!

Well, It wasn't to good. The dough was a little to sweet for the combination. and the inner ring was a little mushy... I would have preferred a hoagie type bread instead..

I make some mean chicken wings in my air fryer, Pat them dry with a paper towel throw some Slap Your Mama seasoning on them,

Do one side at 360 for 12 minutes the other side at 360 for 12 minutes then turn them again and do 390 for 6 minutes.

I keep some hot Thai Chili Peppers soaking in vinegar also throw some of that hot vinegar on them makes them really good

The air fryer changed everything for me Brick wing wise, but still trying to get French fries down. They're coming out too dry, impossible to get seasoning to stay on them.

My Western Omelette recipe...step by step directions and photos...cut me up some onions, mushrooms, green pepper, tomato...then sautéed them for about 5-7 minutes in the frying pan...set them aside on my plate and then added my eggs to the pan...then I added my cooked veggies on top of the eggs and then added my ham and cheese slices...flipped the omelette halfway and let cook for an extra minute...came out perfectly and delicious!

Total prep and cooking time: only 15 - 20 minutes!

I made it a couple of times. I threw in some almonds and walnuts. It was easy. I ate it for 2 days after the gym. It’s not very sweet. Might need some honey or something if you like sweets.

Here is a damn good deal! Over here in Cyprus you can get an English breakfast (as they call it) which consists of Bacon, sausage, two eggs, cucumber, tomato, bowl of baked beans, two slices of toast, tea or coffee for just $5! It's just like a sore dick! You can't beat it!

Season the fish with garlic powder, lemon and olive oil. Boil the asparagus in water til it's soft. Bake the already seasoned potato wedges. Small side of spinach salad.

About 9 - 10 inches long on mulit-grain bread and loaded with tomato, cucumber, (they use sliced cucumber over here instead of lettuce like we do back in the ole USA), mayo, salt, pepper, smoked ham, roast pork, bacon, and salami! good size and generous portion, thick and hearty, delicious, and best of all, good bang for your buck! and only $4.50!
