It's scattershot... like I mentioned, Turning Stone would've taken the bet. Apparently, Rush's contract(s) w/NY prohibits betting on (certain) NY teams in the Electric City casino. OR, they simply do it themselves as policy (I can bet the game in Oneida, NY... you Rush Interactive Mofos! F you!)
I'm a kiosk guy... but when I couldn't find Army/Navy game listed, I blew off the peeps in line and pulled the head honcho off to the side to ask him why it wasn't listed. He told me it's a New York team (uh, yeah, West Point, we get it, mofo!) and they won't list it. However, it's capricious, cuz you CAN bet the Pro NY teams (guess maybe they figure a game w/amateurs could potentially be monkeyed with?... that's the logic? doesn't make sense, Daggers!).

Guy overhearing my convo with manager dude pulled me aside and asked me who I was gonna bet. Told him Navy + the pts... hopefully he got it in with his local or offshore.
