The dude was moving laterally at the time they bucked Emm Cops , white or black doesn't matter. Need to stop that excessive force . I know it's different in the moment , but watch that video. No taser attemps and absolutely kept firing far after neutralized .

Ughhh, this shit why innocent people lives are getting fukked up forever. These cops blatant over excessive
