The democrats aren't making a big deal about Biden having classified documents in his garage because this is only about persecuting Trump and the GOP.

I think Joy Behar said something along the lines of they were so close to getting Trump but now they can't because Biden did basically the same thing.

Trump had documents that were never supposed to leave the location they were stored in, Biden didn't that we know of.

Trump was asked to return the documents he had many times, and never did until he was raided by the FBI. Biden returned documents as soon as they were found.

Trump lied and said he returned all the documents he had. Which looks like he stole them. Biden just misplaced documents.

I think what your doing is called a false equivalency.

As far as I am concerned you can throw both of them in prison.

The problem is that a minor difference or 2 doesn't negate major similarities. There's a difference in the baselines in Under Pressure and Ice Ice Baby but that doesn't mean you can't compare them, no matter what this guy says:

I just want the rules the left wants for Trump's trial (and all non-leftist's future trials) to be the same as they would want for Biden and Vise Versa. Trump will have a nothing but staunch Trump supporters on his jury, and Biden will have nothing but staunch Trump supporters on his. Since Biden says no Constitutional rights are absolute, he gets to live under that. He gets no lawyer, no right to call witnesses on his behalf, no right to an impartial jury, and he must testify that he's guilty since the 5th Amendment isn't absolute. I would love to watch the left react when they find out that the "Cruel and unusual punishments" clause of the 8th Amendment isn't absolute for them like they want it for us!

If none of my Constitutional rights are absolute, then my right in the 8th Amendment right to not have cruel and unusual punishments inflicted isn't absolute. My 6th Amendment rights to an impartial jury, call witnesses, have legal council, ect, isn't. My 5th Amendment right to not have to testify against myself isn't either.
