My son teaches in a socially/racially diverse school. Naturally he teaches along with some black, spanish, asian educators and he became friendly with a black female teacher. often the conversation turns to racial hatred and the orange clown. you know what she told my son, she said you know in spite of the fact that DT is obviously racist I have found something good about it. My son replied, oh yeah what is that. she answered, you see we are speaking right now and I know you are my friend, it is obvious. However, when I go out and witness an individual with a MAGA hat on, I can be pretty sure that person is not my friend, and has no interest in being my friend.
