Annoying guys that make stupid raises

Playing 1/2 PLO last night guy buys in for $100 minimum raises pot ($8) his very first hand. Pot is four ways and 3 guys all in after flop. This guy wins and has like $330 now.

Now with his stack he plays every hand and always brings it in for $8. He doesn't play aggressive or anything post flop. If he misses he just check folds. All he has done is change a 1/2 PLO game to a 1/2/8 PLO game where the many short stack players just go all in or get most of their stack in pre or on the flop and there really is no play in the game.

I know one guy had enough got up and left. I gutted it out for about an hour and said fuk it and left. Guy ruined game.

the omaha blinds are TOO big, the avg pot is like 70-90, theres enough action so we should reduce blinds to 25/50.

can't compete with the big stacks in omaha with huge blinds like this.

I don't get these guys and there are a lot of them. They want to straddle every hand. Why not just take your measly 100 to roulette, blackjack or what ever and try and run it up there?

It always ends the same for these guys.

I hadn't seen this particular guy in over a year. He is always broke, buys in for minimum or close to it and if he busts he cant rebuy and has to go home. Even in NL holdem he did the same thing made small raise and played nearly every hand. The fact that he is always broke, one would think that this may not be optimal strategy and make adjustments.
