lol im pretty sure they know how much money u are making man.. they are not dumb.. they have debits and credits and histories.
beyond that why not ask the place u are playing through these questions? We all will have educated guesses but to get real facts, the book u are currently with will have the answers.. or u can contact cake poker and find out
