That makes sense. Can't say that won't call a couple of times a day and ask to speak to the manager though. If you could keep me up to date on what you are hearing that would be great.

DMW -- listen to the advice we are giving you. Stop contacting or calling BOL. Let SBR handle it. They will fight for you, they've already done it twice with SBR posters and got them paid in full (as I understand).

Again, listen to Lou, he's working on your side.

The slow DNS lasted three full days. The "forever banned" situation was resolved w/i an hour after I realized I couldn't post. I emailed Lou and it was suddenly restored. He said he knew nothing about it, but someone was having fun at my expense. The message was obvious, stop complaining about BOL--our recommended sponsor.

I found out tonight that my account was reopened! Lou performed a miracle. I have been dealing with this for 3 months and after filing a complaint with Lou, my account was reopened within 2 days. Still can't believe it.

They are still saying they don't have my documents (even though they were verified a month ago), but I am obviously confident that I will see my money soon. Will keep the thread updated with when those issues are resolved.

Thank you very much everyone for taking an interest in my situation. This website has been great.

Is Betonline and Betonline247 the same Book? Appears SBR has an 'F' rating for Betonline247, which is on the scam sportsbook blacklist, all of which is listed under the review for Betonline. Seems Betonline should be blacklisted, shouldn't they? Now unless I'm mistaken, ALL of the money in an online poker game is provided by the players. So if a player is found guilty of cheating somehow (collusion, chip dumping, etc.), then the money seized belongs to the players that were cheated, and not to the sportsbook (site)! The cheated players are to have the seized money distributed amongst them, and not one cent to be kept by the site, right?

Seems to me if the site is legitmate, they will openly show on what day(s), at what time(s), during what hand(s) the illegalities were perpetrated, and against what players this occurred. Then the site simply states the total money gained by the crook, and then state that the seized money has been divided by the players who got cheated, and that X amount has been credited to the accounts of X number of players that got cheated. By doing this should not only distract future players from cheating, but should also illustrate how the site is a decent place to play as they are exposing/banning the cheaters, while providing restitution to the cheatees. Though this doesn't seem to be the policy of Betonline, does it?

Betonline seems to just be trying to steal money for themselves, if they aren't providing the needed documentation of date, time, amounts of the wrongdoings, and showing that any/all monies seized has been distributed back to the players that were cheated. Doesn't it? When the rake a site gets for providing the poker game service isn't enough for the site, and then the site just tries to steal the cash for themselves, the site needs to be banned and blacklisted as the site is the last place you'd want to entrust your action to, agreed?

So far I have received 2 checks for $2,500 each (that is the most you can ask for by mail). The 3rd check is in the mail and I have a tracking number. Getting there...

Well said!!!!There is an old saying...D.T.A ( Don't trust anybody ) Anyways....I still don't understand why players keep more then 3k in there account.
