points? Sent 800 pts to forum and I see them as My points but cant for poker

and I see those points as My Points on the forum

but I cant see the points to transfer into poker..

and interesting I dont see them to Transfer back into Sports either..

any ideas? Ive logged in and out and I tried LIVE chat but no person there so sent an EMAIL..

So when you try to sit at a table, it won't let you add chips?

Points get automatically transferred from to/from poker when you sit down at a table and when you exit the poker program.

exactly cant play with those points, they are not even there to sit down with (shows me with 12 points in the poker room)

this is what I see..

My Points: 812 (like on top of this page) it shows 812..

then when I click on my points

so it only shows 12 points. and that is what I can get in the poker room..none of the 800 pts that I transferred over are seen anyplace I cant even hit transfer in the sportsbook and get them (the 800 points) back in the sportsbook (only 12?)..

I have the same problem too. I played some ring games last night and won +694 to get my points total to 910.00, but I don't have any "My Points" nor any points to play with in the poker rooms. All I have are the points in the Sportsbook and my bonus poker points.
