How long does it take to receive the shirt? Won the shirt (and pm'd Sam) over a month ago back when the promo was still definately running.

I went on live chat in the second week of September an inquired if this was still running. I was told it ended like Sept 3rd. Earlier I would have qualified for this. C'mon now.

Sam9ball told me that the promotion finished a month ago in live chat. The ads in room just weren't taken down.
