need a mod to explain

last night i posted looking for an explanation and still havent got one.while playing in the tourney last night ,when i put my first bet in ,after putting my raise in,the hand stopped for the break even though they took my money and didnt let me play the hand.plus the guy in the hand was on the bubble.an explanation is definetly warranted

I just saw this thread due to the fact that I had another issue sitting on my desk that needed my immediate attention that took most of the day to resolve. thats ok not a big deal but was letting someone know so it wouldnt happen to someone else,not trying to get anything out of it ,just letting u know what happened so if something needs to be fixed,it can be done
