How long does it take to receive bonus points?

In the Cashier window of the poker client. You will need to rollover the points 3x in the ring games to turn them into "regular" points.

Not sure what to say. Maybe with that tournament there's an issue.

Try PMing a mod, assuming you followed the steps of going to cashier and looking for bonus points.

I checked again (more than twice at the cashier as well) and I have not received any points for the tourney...played the 2pm as well!

I like the rollover rule. This way I can't blow all the points at the sbr sports book right away.
