Outstandingpoker.com is pretty good if your a beginner, I think its only $16 a month lots of videos on 6 handed micro to low-med stakes.

Any poker training site will do wonders. Most of them have cheap ways to get access for small stake players

I recommend using the strategies shown through the free tutorials offered here:

When all is said and done, stick with the core principles of Shorthand NL, memorize your stats (Expected Value, Implied odds, Pot Odds, etc), and be patient. I play strictly Shorthand NL, and my win percentage for 1-Ups is consistently between 80-90%!

Also, possibly most important, avoid Turbo games!!! These are typically bluff matches for blind steals that tend to force you all in too often. They can't be won with the consistency you find with a slower pace.
