I feel comfortable playing on bodog. I had a negative experience with a merge skin so I really would not recommend any merge site. Not really sure on fastest withdrawal process, when I request a cashout I do so by check since its free once a month. The last check I requested from bodog took about 2 1/2 weeks.

There's a larger thread on this, but I recommend Bodog. It's about as "safe" as you are going to get these days.

If your looking for fast Cashouts, I would recommend Minted Poker on the Everleaf Network. The traffic is mainly 6max cash, but I've done multiple Cashouts and received all within 3 days. For US players Cashouts in under 3 days is great. They also offer these Cashouts free.

I personally play on multiple Networks, but one is Minted Poker because of the bonus/promos/RB available. There are some very good deals available currently for Minted Poker, which is the largest skin on the Everleaf Network.

Fastest Cashouts available to US residents
              Good RB
              Soft Italian Competition
              Good Support
              Good Promotions
Increased Traffic (They recently opened all 3 'Everleaf Networks' to all skins increasing traffic)

              The only downsides are

Traffic(downside for all US sites, IMO)
              Rake on Euro Tables

Poker4Ever and Minted Poker are both large skins. My understanding is that Minted Poker is now the largest skin, where as Poker4Ever was the largest skin previously.

What don't you like about Everleaf? Where do you play?

In Italy they have Internet Cafe's and they also put "terminals" in clubs where people can access some Poker Networks=Soft Italian Competition.

If those are the best, I don't want to see the worse.
I guess it depends on what your looking for. The Networks I've played on are still very profitable. For me, that's whats important. They obviously have a LONG way to go if they will ever be top overall sites, but until then I will play as long as they are profitable.

Agreed, plus Poker4ever has been around since pre-UIGEA.
