They have support forums at the pokersource website and you will probably get a better response there. Usually promotions like that usually take a few business days once you have submitted the required forums. Once you clear the bonus though quit playing on that shady ass site.

It's better to get rakeback. And even better than that is to get rakeback on a site that didn't cheat its own players and then cover it up.
