Anthony the ant farmer set the precedent last year when he was involved in a points roll over scam during the WSOP promo and "suspended" from participating.

Might have something to do with the reactions to his latest caper.

Whether it be the main event, SBR poker, or some home game at a friends house, the glue that holds the game together is integrity. You lose integrity, you lose the game.

That's what some numbnuts don't understand when you'll sometimes get the drive-by "it's just poker pts blah blah" predicable bullshit from clowns not even participating in the poker community here (or even caught cheats here, i.e., POS69, antcheat, etc..; funny how those jagoffs always talk about "not caring" yet somehow find the time to care nuff to cheat at penny poker while no one else is doing so. Assclown irony at the highest level.).

Amounts are irrelevant... it's about maintaining the integrity/fairness of competition.

This was just another episode that illustrates and adds to the laundry list of reasons why SBR would be well-served by an actual poker manager/mod. SBR never catches the shenanigans... others do. Then it's like pulling teeth to get them to even notice the shenanigans and do something about them (and usually not enough at that). And we won't even get into how a sharp poker manager/mod could actually GROW poker here by implementing some simple stuff.....

Having said all that, hey, it's their product... they may obviously do as they wish... and we as posters will continue to opine: it *is* a posting forum, after all.

1) Next to nobody will call POS69 a great guy (@SBR or anywhere else). For years he's been known throughout forumville as a scamming/angle-shooting scumbag (among other things). Google is one's friend on that if anyone cares to read up on his (pretty much) universal scumbag perception encompassing various forums.

2) Yep, you had not just 1, but 2 mods troll/disrespect you (upstanding bash-attending SBR'er), yet, not a peep from either directed toward the actual cheating asshat that created the situation, ol Antcheater. The *only* reason he was banned from WC was because of community pressure/shining light on it... period.

Exactly as you described in another thread, it was all fun & games when you're getting trolled/disrespected by mods... but God forbid you lob some ammo back, and you get threatened with a "time out" (good to know antfather can post anytime he wants, tho.

Reminds me of the time Admin put me on blast (uber trolling) saying my play was poor in WC (it wasn't, he was clueless) in a JoJo video. All fun & games, then. Of course the whole forum isn't really following along so they just listen to the ribbing and believe it has some basis in fact (it didn't) and get to have a grand ol time at my expense. Just all fun & games, then. I gotta just suck it up... go along with the trolling ... everyone's having fun. Don't get bent outta shape, Biter. ---- Hey... it's all good. 3) Yep, all you were "guilty" of this whole time was caring a lot (and stating so emotionally, as I and a zillion others do on here) about WHY a scumbag cheat was still being allowed to sit next to you @ the poker table and continue to affect a months-long contest. Seems reasonable... what's wrong with that?... but somehow, it pervertedly morphed into you somehow being the targeted bad guy. As the kids would say: UNREAL. --- Bottom line: If the cheating was dealt with correctly and efficiently (enough help was offered from community) the problem would've been solved and everyone would have went on their merry way, lickity-split.

Wulfm... er, I mean, Grivas:

1) The blatant (3x documented) cheat who claims he "doesn't care", but then proceeds to prove he really cares so much he'll throw away what little integrity/dignity he has to cheat at free poker was banned from WC (he wouldn't have made a team anyway... so not really a punishment)... BUT ... there's been no indication he's been banned from further poker, which is a joke. Which is why SBR could use a real poker manager that would realize a 3x documented cheat needs to be permanently banned, to prevent him from further shitting on the poker community here (which he'll continue to do).
