Poker Points have disappeared

Something has happened to my account. There are two problems:

1. Jumped into a table with Daniel Espinosa and bought in for 100 of my regular points. Before a hand could be played, the table shut down and disappeared from the list. When looking in my account it said 100 in poker points. But after I logged off, they disappeared just as the table had.

2. I rolled over 241 points and it sent the message that points were rolled over. However, after I logged off those points never showed up in my regular account. Logged back in to see if they were hung up, but it said poker balance of 0.

So with these two items, i'm now 341 points short in my account.

Something is amiss with betpoints, clicking on betpoints log has given me an error several times today. Maybe related to same thing, probably just a temporary glitch of some kind.

Did anyone complete a rollover today? If so, did you get the points credited to your account?

I just lost another rollover. 170 points didn’t convert to my bankroll.

I’m now short 511 points.

Quite frustrating for the amount of time invested to roll over the points.

I was just about to send to Genie. My World cup points are gone. I had play through to extend the 6 months. I've been checking recently and even as of yesterday. I have several rolls with a few points played to push them out until I can settle down which was tonight.

Mine is wrong also , just won 1st place 2x last week and it only wen t up 1 . Hopefully they fix . No big deal but correct stat keeping is nice

I had a couple hundred in roll over for my World Cup points, which pushes them out past the the 6-month deadline. (I've done this for years plus I still have active ones from September)

For some reason they treated the World Cup points special and took them out on a hard day date despite having played on it.

Anyway I've contacted genie hope surely she can resolve it. That's a significant amount of points

i think that they only count the weekday tourneys for the stats.
