I think the recent rule is there are three tourneys a day on Saturday/Sunday, at 9 AM, 1 PM, and 5 PM (Pacific time). And for whatever reason, you are limited to only playing one of the latter two, that is only one of the 1 PM/5 PM. But you can play the 9 AM plus one of the two others.

Again, no idea why that's in place, until recent weeks, folks I don't believe were ever limited in terms of the number of weekend events they could play. But ok, things are often changing here, that's a new nuance! So is what it is.
